I lost my Sara just days before the news broke about the tainted food. My Snow fought for a year but in the end she lost the battle. I cooked chicken and veggies and chopped etc for many months. I only started once again buying cat food when Ellen bought stock in Halo. I truly believed she was moved by the tragic events and the massive numbers of family pets who suffered. I still however was not able to fully trust any commercially made product and only mixed Halo with what I was cooking. I have since then eliminated the people food and now my boys are eating Halo only. Thanks for rebuilding my faith in companies again.
