    i have tried all the ways that i know how to get help w/ a big problem that i had in getting a order w/ earth fare for halo products i even wrote ellen a letter and left serval replies but heard nothing back i am older senior and not pc savy. soi found a link called earth animal and placed part of a order for halo product that was ordered at earth fare in jan. of this year and ythey did not carry the halo dog food after sitting down and crying again i looked at one of my halo supplements and say halo’s phone # and i called and i placed the rest of the order. this has been so hard for me as i am older and i just felt so helpless but now i am happy but feel very tired as this has been so hard it is harder for us seniors to do simple things i am finding. if i did not believe in halo as i do and i care about my dogs they are all i have in this world it would have been easier to have switched to another dog food brand as earth fare is not helping in getting halo’s products out to loyal customers as i am and i have seen so many leave the halo dog food company due to earth fare not being kind enough to tell their customers that they can’t get a item. and the young girl i talked to at halo @ the 800# was so very kind and so helpful if only i had gotten the honest answer at earth fare . i just didn’t know to look for the phone number on the halo products that i had in my cabinet. i feel so stupid but am so happy that i got to place my order at halo and that it will be here and earth fare still tells me that my order is on its way at earth fare. they have made alot of halo’s customer angery and now they are using another brand but i never gave up but feared i would have too. i wish you could thank that very sweet young girl that took my order a very special thank you she is very kind and helpful and deserves a special reward for keeping a long time customer happy by her very sweet way to handle crying old lady as i was.thank you i know i have written before but i was a very worried and upset customer. my 4 legged babies are all i have and no more halo dog food at earth fare i bought the last two bags but now i have some from halo company and i feel easy now to know my dog will not have to eat another brand now. if you were not this good as you are i would have left halo, too. but i care about my dogs and i know you are the best so i have tried and tried it took me six months to find the right order to go to get my babies halo items that are needed food#1 and then the other items. this has just been a nightmare to get but i finally figured out how to get to the right place to get the products. at last my nightmare is over. thanks
