FREEKIBBLE.COM KIBBLE DROP, EAST STOP #4 & #5: NEW YORK CITY ASPCA & MUTTS AND BUTTS, MERRICK, NY

New York City ASPCA & Mutts and Butts, Merrick, NY were the 4th and 5th stops for the FreeKibble truck heading East which was made on Friday, December 16th. There were 19,200 meals of Halo Spot’s Stew for dogs and cats delivered at the ASPCA in New York City and 20,800 meals delivered at Mutts and Butts in Merrick, NY to feed the dogs and cats at Shelter / Rescue Partnership, Armonk, NY and Bobbi and the Strays, Freeport, NY.

Halo, Purely for Pets, and FreeKibble.com teamed up to deliver 400,000 delicious, nutritious holiday meals of Halo Spot’s Stew to animal shelters, rescues and food banks “Koast-to-Koast”!

On Monday, December 12th, TWO full trucks of tasty kibble left Lebanon, TN… one headed West, and the other one headed East, for the BIGGEST Kibble Drop to date.

New York City ASPCA is home to the ASPCA’s headquarters, where they provide adoption and medical services to the public as well as uphold their commitment to end animal cruelty. The ASPCA offers free and low-cost spay/neuter surgery for cats and dogs.

The ASPCA was the first humane organization in the Western Hemisphere; their mission is to provide effective means for the prevention of cruelty to animals throughout the United States. The ASPCA works to rescue animals from abuse, pass humane laws and share resources with shelters nationwide.

Mutts and Butts pet store is located in Merrick Long Island. It was established in 1977 and had been serving communities in Nassau County.

Bobbi and the Strays believe that animals deserve love, compassion, and respect. Their purpose is to undertake rescue operations and to provide essential care for orphaned, stray, abused and special needs cats and dogs.
