When your mom keeps telling you to leave the product alone but food is life. This month, I tried @halopets Vegan Garden Medley. Packed with antioxidants and proteins from fruits and vegetables, it’s some seriously good feed! I never thought vegan dog food would be something I’d actually enjoy but it’s happening. Hi friends! Today #thebtboysreview @halopets Vegan Medley Wet food given to us by @chewy. Here’s some info on this food -wheat, corn and gluten free -no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives -NO meat, NO dairy -Plant protein from chickpeas and peas . Our thoughts: -We really enjoyed this food. No, we’re not vegan, but we thought we’d try something new. This food smells sooo good! Like veggie soup! Mmm?We mixed it in with our dry food and gobbled it up, but we also liked it by itself. The ingredients are very healthy: Chickpeas, potatoes, carrots, olive oil, etc. All in all, we WOULD recommend this food. It’s very yummy and full of healthy ingredients. And it’s pawfect for pups who are allergic to meat and/or dairy. Remember, vegetarian and vegan diets can be completely healthy for dogs but make sure you let you’re vet know you’re special diet so he/she can be sure you’re getting the correct amount of protein. We love all our animals friends so finding a tasty vegan alternative has been on the hooman’s mind for some time ?. Keeley and I love the super crunchy dry food but the hoomans laugh when we eat the wet food (something about us looking like we got into a jar of peanut butter ??).
