Making a WHOLE Lot of Difference: SWV Snip

SWV SNIP was started in early 2014 in response to the pet overpopulation problem in Southern WV. Their mission is to assist in providing a solution to the mass overpopulation of unwanted cats and dogs in our community.

Thanks to food donations with Halo’s partnership with Freekibble.com and GreaterGood.org, SWV Snip programs are making a difference in southern West Virginia and surrounding communities.

Here’s what Taunya LaDawn Sorrells from SWV Snip had to say about a recent Halo donation:

“Honey is a boarderline emaciated southern WV momma dog that is heartworm and lyme positive. We recently received a donation of HALO food. Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity to those in need. Good quality food is essential to bringing these pups back to good health.”

Thank you SWV Snip for making a WHOLE lot of difference for pets in your community.

Unlike most pet foods, Halo uses real WHOLE meat, poultry, or fish, and no rendered “meat meal” of ANY kind. WHOLE protein is more digestible than “meat meal,” like “chicken meal” or “fish meal,” so pets can retain and use more of the nutrients in the food.
